These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Aurestra website, mobile apps, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may request deletion of your account within the app. Upon deletion, your access to the Services is revoked.
2. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments
- Subscriptions are sold via Apple App Store or Google Play using their in-app purchase rules.
- Entitlements and status are managed through RevenueCat.
- Billing, refunds, cancellations, and trials follow the policies of the app store where you subscribed.
- Where an issuing stable or equine business enables online invoice payments, payment processing is provided by Stripe and may also be subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.
- Recording a payment handled outside Aurestra does not cause Aurestra or Stripe to move money. It records the payment information supplied through the applicable workflow.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, infringing, or abusive content or behavior.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or circumvention of security.
- No unauthorized sharing of other users’ data.
5. Content & IP
You retain rights to the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it to operate the Services. Aurestra trademarks, branding, software, and designs are our IP.
6. Third-Party Services
We may integrate with third-party services (for example, storage, analytics, and payments). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Aurestra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
