Does Free expire?
No. Aurestra Free does not expire. It is free indefinitely, with no trial deadline, and you can continue using the included horse, care, scheduling, agreement and relationship tools for as long as they meet your needs.
Who is Aurestra Pro for?
Pro is for stable owners and managers and equine professionals who want invoicing, billing schedules, balances, deposits, credits and payments to stay connected to the horses, clients and work already managed in Aurestra. It also supports multiple stables and equine businesses, with expanded storage.
Do horse owners, boarders or clients need Pro to participate in shared Aurestra workflows?
No. They can participate in connected records, schedules, agreements, appointments, invoices and other shared activity based on their relationships and permissions without subscribing to Pro. Foundational agreement tools are included with Free. Pro adds the financial layer for businesses, plus multiple stables and equine businesses and expanded storage.
Does Aurestra charge an additional percentage on Stripe payments?
No. Aurestra does not add a platform or transaction fee to Stripe payments. Stripe’s standard payment processing fees still apply.
Does Aurestra replace accounting software?
No. Aurestra connects invoicing, payments and balances to the horses, clients and work behind them, but it is not intended to replace full accounting software.
