You can permanently delete your Aurestra account and associated personal data directly in the app. If you cannot access the app, our support team can help.
Delete in the App
- Open the Aurestra app.
- From the Dashboard, click your avatar.
- Select View Profile or Edit Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account.
- Review the details and confirm deletion.
Can’t Access the App?
- Email info@aurestra.com.
- Use the email address linked to your Aurestra account.
- Include the subject line Account Deletion Request.
What Happens Next
Once we verify your request, we will delete your account and personal data within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.
